cny for me, a little unusual from the past. but i'm missing out on my cousins who recently got married. i havent seen them in like ages. i'm missing you, karen (wii soon), peiling, weiming (get well soon). alrighty! Blessed chinese new year. squeak!

ice cream days!
adventurous food day! (think: strawberry chee cheong fun)
it used to be something that perks me up during the week, but it kinda got routined. Especially when i'm supposed to be busy and discipline and get that hefty load of work done so i don't have to stay late, ice cream days just pass me by.
my week was fascinatingly routined.
monday - joyous family devotions
tuesday - surprise surprise! i've got a ride to work! =) I cooked lunch - pasta & corn soup. =) jap lessons. i got back my mid-year test - 89%. whooopee!
wednesday - i went back to tp for the marketing gathering.. supposedly to be annual. haha. anyway, when i stepped into tp, i felt home. i realised how much i missed being there. i miss the track trainings, the big hoohas at biz park, the boxing & poking at the comp labs in between the rushing of assignments. Just being there, i suddenly felt i needed to breathe the tp air. don't ask me why, but it felt really soothing and comforting. Leaving the marketing troop halfway while i was just starting to enjoy myself was a little sad. I headed off for ALM, the worship was good, helped me to quieten down.

thursday - had lunch with joshua. we had strawberry chee cheong fun!
Joshua reminded me of what an exciting life we have in Jesus. Every single day is exciting. How true. I guess I've been kinda struggling with time management, and keeping awake for the many activities during my week. As much as i want to do everything, meeting up with friends, having enough (10hours) sleep, efficient at work, having personal time to relax and rewind, exercising, doing up my collages.
Then there was cellgroup. chap gor meh.
we had extremely yummy yusheng with pomelo, smoked salmon, lemon. i think i've fallen in love with yusheng since. i've used to not no how to appreciate the taste of it, at every other cny, i helped to finish up just the crackers. haha. anyway, the important bit to cell was finding out the primary love language of each others'. guess what, we could save money on birthday presents from now on and just give each other a hug!

friday - ice cream day! i had b&j choc brownie fudge. i tried fried intestines for lunch, and had my fav eunos bak buk teh for dinner with al. yummy! =)
saturday - refreshing! i attended ps benny ho's seminar on barreness to fruitfulness. we did a prophetic act by throwing salt into the water to declare war on barreness. It represents the healing of diseased water in each of our own life so that we may have springs of living water. today's a wonderful day. I sense it's the start of a wonderful week! =)

it's been a long, tiring week which ended with a presentation which i thought after this i could rest. but oh no, it's just the begining. i have another following up, and another.
Now i truly grasp the whole understanding of why being a student is better. Or rather, being an overseas student is way better. haha. if you're missing perth, tell me about it. i want ciao's tiramisuuuu, and i want to see the paddlepop sky and go sailing at swan river and be at mandurah in the night to see the whole sky covered with stars that look like jewels. no wonder women like anything that sparkles. bling it on!
oh wells, i'm looking really bad with the eye bags now. lipton's a really good saviour.
Anyway, lemme recall what happened excitingly during the week. oh, i watched game plan on dvd with al. And i went to dom's store opening (LFI) or rather block opening at marine parade this morning, seeing the lion dance doing thie stunts and peeling oranges which were erm.. left on the road and the thousands of people witnessing the ribbon cutting ceremony. However, no buffet. So those on teevee is only on tv. Not the usual sitcom store opening cermony. Other than that, was work till wee hours and recovering from lack of sleep. so when i say i'm tired, i really am. really.
i need to realign my lifestyle. work is one big
step leap and leaping forward thereafter. when the going gets tough, the tough superhero princess gets going.
tomorrow's gonna be a better day! i'm looking forward to flea and easy! whooooopee! that's a definite uplift for me. =)

it's choosey (chu xi) morning! haha. i like how cass says it.
i went to work this morning, and left after 2 hours, cause boss says i can go! haha. shioks!
i planned to lie on my bed once i got home to get comfy and the so deserved rest i've been waiting for. But nah, i went out for yummy bak chok mee at upper east coast, and when i got home, it was time to leave for granny's already. oh wells.
i am so sleeepy. it's only 3ish. all the women are busy in the kitchen making noises with their choppers, while i am so entertaining myself with episodes of coffee prince. haha. can't blame. i'm not a women, i'm a princess. Then again, they told me to rest my injured legs. I'm blessed.
i twisted the veins on my left knee & ankle. ha! that's what the physician said.
