YAY! i'm excited, i'm turning 23!!!
YAY! my birthday's coming.

but what happens after it strikes 12 to 15th july?
will it still be an excitement, i guess it should right, never again a day is lived twice. okay, new day, new year, new opportunities and i'm nearer to reaching my goal.

oh ya. besides that 15th july marks my jap exam.

anyway, did i mention celede's choc cake is heavenly, and spinelli's strawberry cheese tart is just alright. tried both yst. i'm sucha glutton, i know. i still prefer my mum's oreo's cheesecake & simone's lime cheesecake. yummy. when i can't shop, i eat. ha!

alrighty, gotta go get pretty, my first birthday present is arriving in a bit. YAY! it's always time to be joyful.

my second birthday present from my sweetest friend who travelled all the way here from the gardens of chomp chomp by bus just to pass me freshly baked shortbread with love. wheeee!

found a new love....

ever since i'd heartburn last friday, lemon juice has become my new favourite.

10 things to know about lemon..

1. lemon has digestive qualities.
relieves heartburn, bloating & bleching.
A teaspoon of lemon juice in half a glass of water relieves heartburn.

2. lemon is an antiseptic.
an agent that prevents sepsis [pathogenic bacteria] & the decomposition of tissue.

3. lemon is a liver stimulant.
dissolves uric acid, liquifies the bile, helps to cure malaria.

4. lemon helps to build bone for child when consumed during pregnancy.
contains calcium for bones and healthy teeth

5. lemon bought in stores are not organic most of the time.

6. lemon nourishes brain & nerve cells.
contains potassium

7. For sore throat, dilute lemon juice with water and gargle frequently. Dilute one-half lemon juice with one-half water. It is even better to use straight lemon juice.

8. To relieve asthma, take a tablespoon of lemon juice one hour before each meal.

9. In excessive menstruation the juice of three to four lemons a day will help check it. Best to take the juice of one lemon at a time in a glass of cold water.
