it's raining and i get to sleeep in! whoooopee.
but the rain looks like it's not gonna stop anytime soon, i can't go swimming! boo.

during the weekend, my visit to the IT fair for the first time really got me annoyed. the floor was filled with leaflets and adverts making it way too slippery for obaaasan and ojiiisans to be walking around.
the promoters in their really ugly tight fitting mini, they must have been paid really well. besides that, i visited the edu fair at suntec, the entry sticker that was given was left littered/pasted all over the escalator. gosh! i'm terribly ashamed. some clean and green country, this is.

anyhow, on a much happier note.
i bought a canon selphy! =)
i fulfilled my craving for fish&co. =)
i've tidied up my messy room and it's in the midst of revamping.. [what colour should i paint it?]
i bought ugly dolls and risk! =)
operation icarus was fun, with loo, matt, david, evelyn and elaine on the hill! there was music, wind and excellent company.
loo, elaine, matt and i played around the playground until we got super giddy and felt like vomitting la. we swing round and round and round. it was hilarious. evelyn got her foot bitten by ants until it bleed.
i've ate yummy yummy homecooked porridge! =)

during service, tony anthony (world champion kung fu fighter) shared his life story, one thing i gathered was that everything bad that happened in his life, there was a reason for it, to help him understand and appreciate the good life. the life that we often take for granted, that only when we are struggling, vulnerable, weak, then our eyes suddenly open up to the things that really mattered in life. e.g. relationships, love, joy, family, hope, and Jesus, my God.
suddenly, it didn't really matter what food, what clothes, what kind of handphone, what job we have..


so much for dreaming about Macdonalds...
